RoofBag Rooftop Cargo Carrier | Liner Bags for Easy Packing for 17 cu ft Carrier

We bought these bags to use with our RoofBag waterproof carrier. I had read the reviews that the straps were not very sturdy so we were cautious with handling and had no problems. We inserted our duffle bag luggage into these liner bags to make it easy to pack within the RoofBag. It did make it a breeze since it simplified the process of trying to make everything fit into the space. The bags are on the thinner side to allow you to maximize your space. I'd recommend just placing your luggage inside them instead of using them as your primary means of packing.

i bought the Walmart cargo carrier thats for rails or with out rails and these bags fit perfect for it!!! great idea. easy to put things in it. i got this because we are going to stay at a hotel before we get to where we need to be and unloading and reloading at the hotel would be a pain and this is going go to be so much easier. quality is great and it has two zippers on it so you can open from center to end. bags are huge!!!!

I wasn't able to use the rooftop carrier that I purchased these bags for because my car has a panoramic roof and I don't have the appropriate rack to put the carrier on. But I did use the bags to pack our clothing in and it worked out awesome. The bags take up minimal space and they fit wonderfully in the back of our SUV with minimal wasted space. Bags are lightweight and are not intended for heavy duty use or checked on an airline. They are designed to organize storage and get maximum storage in your vehicle. These bags are very large and I would estimate each bag loaded with clothing weighed over 75 lbs each. Since the straps are not heavy duty, I did not use the straps when carrying the bags. I carry the bags as if I was carrying a body. Thinking about buying three more of these bags to have a completely clutter-free storage area when we are traveling

These may not fit the perfect spec to fill a Thule cargo box like their branded bags do, but for over half the price off, these bags work fantastic. They are super long, and I was easily able to fit two bags side by side filled to the max in a Thule XL box, with room at the end for other misc items. You could easily just fill these half way up and put them in side by side with the ends facing the width sides of the box (much like the Thule bags would sit).

These bags are a great accessory with our cargo carrier bag. It was 18 cubic inches and with all 3 bags stuffed they fit very well. I bought these because I was concerned about water damage with the bag alone. However after traveling through rain and wind I’m most satisfied I took extra precautions. I highly recommend these to anyone needing extra space. It’s a must have. Thank you!

Three stars for a great idea that definitely makes the actual RoofBag 15' bag easier to load, but one relatively easy weekend camping trip ended up with holes in one bag, a broken zipper, and a broken handle. We didn't think we had them filled too much but maybe so. We're going to try to get them replaced, but if the next batch is similarly flimsy, we will look for another solution. Too bad really, given how well the actual bag and mat worked.

Great bag and carrier! Absolutely love this set up! It has been through rain and snow and held up perfectly. I do use extra straps just for peace of mind but probably don't need them. Highly recommend.

I was on the fence about a slightly more expensive hard roof container but this one had great reviews so I thought I’d save a few bucks. Big mistake. We went through heavy thunderstorms and when we arrived and unpacked we discovered that the bag leaked and our clothes were soaked. What a pain in the butt. Should’ve got the hard case.
