Q: I'm a little confused about the bottom storage from the customers question that were ask if it is a fridge that cooled beverages or not.

What is so confusing about asking if bottom is refrigerator that keeps your soda or whatever cold? I have one and I love it! I would love to find another one.

Q: Is it average height because it looks kinda short and small in the photos

It is shorter and generally more compact than our old one.

Q: I am looking to put this in my massage room. Is it quiet enough when the cooling/heating kicks in?

It's very quiet but its in the kitchen no where near my room, I honestly don't recall hearing it kick on ever, and when you pour water its very quiet.
