Replacing much loved ASICS running shoes. The new ones are great. Very comfortable, fit as advertised and are significantly cheaper than my trusty old ones.

I recently purchased my second pair of ASICS Men's Gel-Contend 7 Running Shoes, and once again, I am thoroughly impressed with their comfort and performance.  The gel cushioning provides excellent support and absorbs impact, making them ideal for both running and everyday wear.ASICS has managed to create a shoe that competes with more expensive brands in terms of performance but without breaking the bank.  One thing to note is that the sizing seems to be consistent with other ASICS models, so ordering your usual size should work well.

Always liked Asics, shoes are comfortable and wear well, very durable. This particular pair was a lot more narrow in the toe box and about a half size shorter than my previous pair. I've never required wide shoes so something changed in their factory last? Still, I recommend Asics, just wouldn't work for me this time.
