My in laws sent this to me for my birthday knowing that I prefer handmade or all natural products. It was beautifully wrapped (paper can be seen on the right) and all of the products are great. The face & body bar smells like old-school Noxzema- I’m not sure how given the essential oils that are in it, but I love it! Best part is the bar soap is only one of a very few bar soaps that didn’t leave my skin dry or tight. I’ve been using it daily to wash my face. The rose face mist is nice but has a bit of a geranium scent which is one of the scents that bugs me, but it’s not too horrible. I usually do not like lemongrass (true essential oil gives me an instant headache), but I was pleased to find I actually enjoy the body butter bar. The heel stick and hand stick are a bit hard/solid, but that’s because they have real Shea butter, which has a high melting point (have used it in body products before). They do have a shea butter smell, but that’s fine with me. Better that than heavy perfumes. The glow face oil isn’t too heavy and has a nice scent as well (reminds me of an Aura Cacia EO blend). Overall, I’m very pleased and wouldn’t hesitate purchasing this as a gift or buying it for myself. If you have a natural body product lover in your life, this would make a great gift.
