Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 Phone Case, Silicone Protective Cover with Strap, Heavy Duty, Shockproof Smartphone Protector, US Version, White,EF-GF711TWEGUS

This is my very first silicone case as i normally always ordered plastic cases thinking they might be a bit more resistant if the phone is ever dropped. Well my last case i had was actually an outter box case that was close to 70$ with tax,i will NEVER get plastic cases again! my cat knocked my phone off my computer desk and the phone fell on the carpet with the outter box case on it and it instantly cracked (the case) and broke. Obviously i was disappointed as it was not a cheep case, so i did some research and found this case, I am more than happy with it! not only does it look very fancy but it is very functional as well! the strap is optional as you can use the case with out it as there are adhesive bars inside the case for an alternative way to keep the case on your phone. since the strap can be removed from the case you can wash it with water and soap hence it be fabric. The strap can also be adjusted as far as length goes. The silicone feels really nice, it is not to smooth so it wont slip out of your hand but it is also not to rough either. The thickness of the case is honestly not much thicker than the phone it self so it does not add to much bulk to it like a lot of cases seem to do. The one thing i HATED about my outter box case was it was so hard to remove it and i always got scared i was going to snap my phone trying to remove it. This case comes off very easy when actually trying to remove it, this is nice as i do not feel like im going to break my phone when trying to take it off. The white color is great as it looks really good with the color of the strap being light green. some silicone cases have some plastic on them still but this one is mostly just silicon, the plastic that is on the case is very little and is only on the inside of the case. my cat already knocked my phone off my computer desk again and the phone case held up great! no dings or marks, and the phone is okay too. the phone still opens and closes just as smooth as it does if there was no case on the phone. Unlike my other case this one does cover your volume buttons on the side of the phone, but it does not make it harder to use that button, so do not worry about that being a problem because it is not. Over all this is a VERY nice case! i would 100% buy more.UPDATE: case is still great and holds up well, but soon i will not be using the case anymore because the phone itself is actual trash, i am trading it in for a phone that does not flip/fold. Without getting into to much about the phone since this is about the phone case and not the actual phone all i will say is there are more cons than pros to ANY of the z flip or z fold phones. So if you are here thinking about buying a case because you are maybe going to get a z flip phone just don't...stay away! (Case is great! phone is NOT)

I love the color contrast on this phone case. It was also one of not many quality looking options available when I originally bought it. It has held up and remained stuck to the phone. I did drop my phone first week of having this case on a cement floor, and my phone is fine still works and nothing broke. The only draw back is that white does tend to collect dirt or discolor but there are some quick easy ways to clean it I found and mine is still white. Good case would recommend.

My only complaint about this case, is if you don't find it 100% asteticly pleasing when you look at it, it will only increase in your dislike as you own it. I bought it because it has some of the best reviews and there's only a few phone case options for this phone that look okay, and work well.After 3 weeks of having it, the strap DID get rather dirty. I was more scared of the white getting dingy, but the Jean residue comes off quickly, and doesn't seem to alter the white coloring. The strap getting dirty did really bother me. I had read in a different review for this case before I bought it, that it can become dirty and impossible to clean. Not only did that bother me, but it also was pretty noticeable. But I realized that it actually does detect from the case for easy washing. I just soaked in a sink with hot water and soap then rinsed it off. All the dirt from the pictures above DID come out, and I also added the results of it. It's like a seatbelt material. While It dried I put the white case on my phone for precautions, and kinda liked the white case by itself on the phone.But. Without the strap it would easily slip off the phone and was clear that my phone was at risk without the strap. The reason I gave this case 5 stars though, is because there are adhesives, inside the case I wasn't aware of. You have to take the clear sticker off them for them to work. But the case, even being two separate pieces without the strap, is a full functional and protective case when the adhesives are in contact with the phone.The strap is almost useless and just for fashion. I belive it's ment to put your hand through for extra grip of the phone, but the strap is in a weird spot regarding hand placement while holding the phone, and too wide to comfortably work like that. And when the phone is open, the strap dangels where your pinkys lie, almost forcing your pinkys to continuesly be pushing it back enough so it's not in your way to hold your phone comfortably.But on the bright side, you have two options of how long or short the strap can be. Which is a pretty thoughtful design to the user. Another reason I gave it 5 stars. The issue of it dangling becomes less of a problem after adjusting.The case does draw extra attention to the phone. People are already drawn to ask questions when they see a smart phone that flips. But the cases unique design brings in more questions. Mostly asking what the strap is for.I haven't yet felt the need to sport the case without the strap, but I enjoy the fact that it IS an option. You can stay unique, or be completely simple quite easily.I also noticed a few reviews that mentioned it made the phone too bulky. Seeing that I got the case after only having the phone itself for 12 hours, I personally don't find it much of an issue. The phone itself is going to be thinker than a normal phone regardless, because it folds in half. The case, regardless of other reviews, is actually not that bulky. It's about 1/5th of the thickness of the phone, maybe even a little less. I am guessing the material of the case is confusing others to think it's harder to retrive in tight areas due to thickness, But it's honestly just the texture of the case. If anything it just makes the phone less likely to fall out.As for delivery, it came literally the next day without having Amazon prime. And packaged well. I'm tempted to buy the black one as well, and would be super excited if they came out with more designs.I don't typically wright such descriptive reviews, but this case was well worth the money and one of my best investments for this $1,000 phone. I recently got myself the Samsung Z flip 3 and I'm quite frankly a horrible phone owner as I VERY frequently drop my phone. It's not on purpose, I'm just clumsy as hell.So I got this case to protect my phone and so far, with dropping it at least twice a day, there have been no issues.The case holds very well to the phone and doesn't fall/come off (which was my biggest concern).The hand/finger strap on the back is amazing. Not only does it look great, but it is so incredibly functional! The strap alone has reduced my dropping of my phone as I'm holding on it quite well.The only "con/negative" is that when wirelessly charging the phone with this case on it, the strap gets quite warm (not boiling temperature, but enough to be noticeable). I'm not sure that this will cause any issues in the long run (with overheating etc) but it's definitely worth a mention.With that said, I don't normally wirelessly charge my devices, so I'm not incredibly concerned.
