Would this also work on concrete walls?

It most likely will work on holes in concrete. I don't think it will have any issue sticking to this wall. It dries with a matte finish so you will likely want to paint over it if the finish makes the repair too obvious.

Do I need to repaint if just touching up white trim?

I didnt have to, if the white matches then it should look fine!

Once it is sanded down, can you paint over this? My wall is tan so I definitely would need to paint.
