Extremely Satisfied with this Replacement. Have not used the "Cutter" as I didnt Need that part. But the Foil Top fits perfectly & Works like New ! My Shaver is Braun Series 521

Improves the Razor's efficiency.
Reduces vibration and improves cutting performance.Not sure why it is considered an upgrade, but I can see from the packaging it is now made in China.Looks the same as previous product.

Saved my original razor
