Wonderful
Easy to install and a peace of mind for when we have weekend trips. We initially set these up on 5g buckets but will transfer to a small trash can. Definitely keeps food dry and rain out when installed correctly. We also have ducks and they use it fine, we just had to cut the opening that is inside the bucket so they could get there beaks in it.

Works great
The ducks are able to get the feed too. I recommend using a square bucket instead of a round bucket so that it seals a little nicer but it is perfect for what I need. Simple to do. Instructions were not great. I was looking for some guidance on how far up or down the bucket I should make the holes, but the lack of leads me to believe that itโs not too serious.

Great product good price!!
Great product! Comes with the cutter to cut out the holes in your buckets. Covers to close up the port at night. Easy to put together. Less mess and waste of food as the chicken are unable to scratch at the food, just pop their head in and eat. Durable plastic no seal needed thereโs a stew nut to secure the feeder to the bucket from the inside. Leak and critter resistant.

You just need your own drill - easy as pie and works like a charm. Look at my tips.
This took me less than five minutes to drill, sand, and insert the four feeder tubes. I do recommend sanding off the frayed plastic after the holes are cut so as not to get any plastic into the feed. If you don't have sanding paper, just use a knife's edge to go around the inner and outer circle to clear frayed plastic. Pro Tip: Put your holes as low as possible on the bucket - about an inch above the bottom*, and you do not need to put your bucket on a brick or anything else - just flat on the ground. Trust me - your birds' natural way to eat is off the ground, and I observed my hens perfectly angled into the opening and easily getting their food without elevating the bucket (I used a five-gallon Costco bucket - you can buy lids on Amazon that fit perfectly). *If you put the holes too high, then once the feed depletes, all the feed below the tubes can't be reached.

Cheap Simple and effective
Pretty straight forward install. The bit is not very good but worked. I put them on a 2.5 gallon round bucket and it worked alright without the o-rings. Chickens like it need to be off the ground a few inches. Chicken approved

Great quality
Best feeders Iโve purchased. They really are weather proof, Iโve lost so much feed to rain and this has been a life saver. My flock has no problem getting to the feed and if it spills they usually peck it right up.

Well worth it - super easy for everyone
Why didnโt I do this sooner?! Bought 5 gallon buckets from TSCO. Drilled out the holes and screwed them in. No problems since. I popped them up on support blocks from HD. Chickens love them. Had zero issues with 12 chickens who never used anything like this figuring out how to use them. I just sprinkled some pellets around the ground and they stuck their heads right in. 2 buckets hold a large 40# bag of food and lasts 12 chickens 2 weeks or so. Highly recommend this feed system. Made it easier to maintain, clean, and fill for everyone.

So good I decided to get another one!
I really like this feeder. It was really easy to assemble. It probably took less than 30 minutes. I think it would work with a five gallon bucket, but I chose to use a cat litter bucket because the sides are flat. I was having a problem with the feeder I had because when it rained the feed would get wet because of the wind that almost always accompanies rain in the Texas panhandle. I havenโt had that problem with this system. I like the fact that there is no waste with the feed being knocked out of the feeder. I know that some of the complaints were about the chickens refusing to use this feeder. However my hens took to it immediately. I like this feeder so much that I plan to get another one in the near future.

Great product thatโs easy to install!
So functional and easy to set up I got another set so the ladies have more dinning options :) The kit comes with a custom hole saw piece to attach to your drill so you can quickly cut out the right size to fit in the feeder ports onto any container you wish to use! So easy! Set up in less than 5 mins. The chickens figured it out in minutes and I now have a feeder that holds a full bag of feed that has much less waste and wonโt get rained on or need to be filled often! Super happy with this purchase :)

Works great
Hello, I bought these feeder ports for our new chickens. They work great, however you need to choose the container with great specificity. We first tried a larger container, but the chickens couldn't get to the food at the back of the container. After we installed a couple of these, the chickens were able to get it all. Also, the taller the container the better as sometimes the food can get stuck if its wet, and isn't retrievable by the chickens.
