Not a bad product but...
The material had a strong weird smell when I opened it first. Had to wash I twice to get rid of it. I don't think I have ever had that smell issue with any good quality store bought bed spreads. People will sensitivity and allergies please wash twice before using. The print looks really good. It's soft and thin which is actually good for summers and hot sleepers. It will have good air flow. As you can see in the close up picture, it's not a tight knit sheet. Not sure about thread count. Overall the material feels cheaper than the price I paid for. Could have bought this for very less amount in stores and I could get a much higher quality for this price.

Quality of the fabric
The quality of the fabric is not good. I have ordered bedsheet from Divine Casa before of the same 144 TC which was good It's only been a few months and thesad started coming off

You can go
No colour fade after wash and pure cotton, good quality, light weight and very soft and smooth and according to size it is little smaller to my bed and nice fabric
