It's Ok
I use it one my back where I have nerve pain. I can smell the alcohol on this product. I tried another similar product a few years ago when I got Shingles. That product has more Capsasim in it & no alcohol and more effective. Too bad I can't recall the name anymore & I purchased at at Walgreens.
