Great instructions and intro- a little too beginner level for me. But great nonetheless.

Hated This Tape.
This is strictly a tape for demonstration purpose only. Don't think your gonna follow this and work out at the same time. It's physically impossible. If you think you can remember each movement and then do your own workout, buy it. Otherwise don't waste your money (way too expensive) Look for another companies tapes. They advertise it on box as workout but it is NOT.
