You Are Enough

Brilliantly refreshing! A 'must read'!
This book talks so much common sense and wisdom! It has made me feel so much more comfortable in my own skin and has helped me look at myself and life in a more positive, kind, appreciative way.I have always struggled with not being good enough - in so many different aspects of my life. This book has enabled me to understand where this has come from and to move forward with a richer acceptance and understanding that I am enough, just as I am, with all my unique, individual flaws and qualities! It is easy to listen to, the narrator has a lovely, calm voice and the content of each chapter is thought provoking in a helpful, reflective way.I highly recommend this book to everyone! I am now listening to this audio version a second time and still finding it brilliant!

So far so good
I can’t overly comment on this book as only read a small bit. So far so good all reviews seemed good hence why I brought it from what I have read so far I’m very happy with it. It doesn’t make you think differently about certain things and also is very to the point.

Love it
This has to be one of the best self help books I’ve read, it was just what I needed to read.

Stunning Book!!
What a beautiful book!! It’s certainly very pretty, so well written and such an important read to remind ourselves that we are enough and to love the skin we are in. Great read, highly recommend!

A warm and helpful guide
A book that makes you think again about the pressures we put ourselves under to satisfy other people's expectations. It's encouraging and inspiring - definitely recommended.

Not for me.
Why do books aimed at women have to be so cringeworthy? Why do authors (who are usually women, too) mostly seem to think that the best language to use for women is along the lines of 'plant this thought like a beautiful flower in your mind's garden' and 'look at how awesome you are'? It's embarrassing.(and of course the colour has to be pink — ladies loooooove it!)I really wanted it to get better towards the end, so I'd have something good to say — but alas. It all felt like someone had read 50 self-help books (more of the Jen Sincero type than, say, Mark Manson) and then threw up the contents...Perhaps if you're REALLY young and aren't familiar with any of these concepts, you might find it helpful: it's a mixture of ideas and tips you can pick and choose from.P.S. Not writing this to be mean. I'm writing it for people like me, who always check the negative reviews as well as positive ones, so that we have a more balanced understanding of what we're about to spend a few hours of our life on.
