These broken Brazil nuts are affordable and useful. I eat the equivalent of one Brazil nut a day for the health benefit of selenium. Do not over eat them, as there is a concern about selenium poisoning

Tasted really nice and fresh, even though they had been cut up. Crisp and crunchy to the bite, but with very creamy flavour - making them very moreish.

Great Tasting!
Yes, it is going to take some time to consume all those nuts, but given its price and taste, I would say they are quite irresistible. I also crushed some and put them on ice creams and cakes. Making Brazil nut butter will quite certainly be next. So, enjoy!
