Since first discovering Amy's work, I have been mesmerized. From the moment I picked up "This is How I Save My Life," I felt the magic unleash in Amy's raw, funny, at times harrowing, honest story. Her willingness to offer up her very self as a vessel for others would be a generous tale, but for the practical, 'easy to implement' tools that make it pure gold. "How to Heal yourself from Depression" is no exception. Amy's writing seems to offer us a special comfort as it brings a non-judgmental, breezy, relatable, optimistic outlook on our own recovery. While in the driver's seat of your own healing, it is as if Amy is right there with you, encouraging you, & believing in you. For those feeling like they can't even get out of bed some days, much less read a whole self-help book, pg. 56 offers you a light in the dark with "Helpful Checklists" that are doable. This book is full of helpful graphics, clear instructions, and the revelation that anyone can practice these techniques, from anywhere, with just a few minutes each day, and realize profound results. For the skeptics, or those unfamiliar with energy healing, "How to Heal Yourself from Depression" offers up some science, and a peek behind the curtain of what otherwise might be dismissed as hocus pocus. Call it what you like, as a licensed therapist, I am genuinely excited to have discovered this vital element in whole person healing.

Eye Opening & Effective
This book is not based on unproven methods. Amy Scher was diagnosed with Lyme disease, autoimmune thyroid disease, kidney dysfunction, fibromyalgia,and more. After years of ineffective medical treatments, Amy embarked on years of research and discovered that "unprocessed emotional energy, unresolved experiences, limiting beliefs about how the world should work, fear, negativity...could make you not only miserable but sick." The results of her research are a combination of ancient healing methods and techniques that Amy developed.In these crazy times, so many people are feeling depressed about their lives. I've been using these techniques for a brief time and they've already helped me considerably. You owe it to yourself to read this book and learn some simple but effective techniques for healing your depression. You won't be sorry.

This book is as awesome as the other two „How to Heal Yourself ... When No One Else Can“.This woman has a gift to tell things honestly, sensitively and profoundly. And I think she knows her stuff! Thanks Amy – you are a star!!! :-)

I can’t recommend this book highly enough.
Amy’s techniques are simple and easy to implement in your everyday life. Working holistically with the mind and body. When life feels heavy and overwhelming, it can be hard to start the healing process; this book will help you to implement the steps slowly and at a pace that is right for you.

I’ve made more progress in 3 weeks than the whole 20 years of my healing journey combined!
So I first heard Amy discuss this book on the Sound True podcast three weeks ago. Since then I have read How to Heal Yourself When No One Else Can, How to Heal Yourself from Anxiety and I’m halfway through How to Heal Yourself from Depression. I have completed six of Amy’s online classes, watched everything I can find of Amy's on YouTube, and have been practicing my own energy healing every day. I have been unwell for nearly 20 years (pain is my most debilitating symptom), and I was only 15 years old when it all began. I’ve tried everything I’ve ever heard of and spent well over $500,000 on my health. Over the last 20 years, I have never tried anything as remarkable as Amy‘s work. In the last three weeks, I’ve felt more shifts in my system, my emotions, and my beliefs - more change and movement in three weeks than a whole 20 years combined.
