Alma Baking Bread – Low Carb, Low Glycemic, Keto Friendly, Low Calorie, Sugar Free – Sliced Loaf Sandwich Bread (Variety Sampler, 14 Ounces (Pack of 3))

I am a Prime member only, not an associate compensated in anyway for this review, and this is from my experience alone. I wish to praise Alma Baking for their low carb bread. Each time I receive an order, the loaves are fresh; I have yet to find any mold from shipping. Their loaves freeze and thaw well (I thaw in fridge) and have a good flavor. My favorite is the multi seed, whole grain 2nd, and traditional 3rd. I have no complaints on their product with the exception of cost, it is approx. $10.00/loaf. Perhaps in the future, Alma will offer a 3 pack of one kind of loaf, like multi seed, but not if it will raise the cost. I deem the low carb with good taste worth the expense for me. My last order from Alma Baking was lost in transit and I was given the opportunity for a refund by contacting the company. I explained the order was lost, according to Amazon, that I enjoyed their bread and wished to have another order, but did not wish to pay another $30.00 (I buy the variety pack). The company's response was quick and I was sent another order, without cost. A couple of days after I received the order from the company, Amazon's shipping delivered the first order of bread. As this late order looked good, even after a delay, I put into freezer. I contacted the company with explanation, telling them I would send payment for the first order; however, they declined, giving me the 2nd variety pack. It is not easy to find a good low carb product along with good customer service, but for me, Alma Baking has both.

I used to order another brand available here that tasted ok, but didn't toast well. But it was low carb, and that was the goal. The slices were thin and the loaves were small,vand the price comparable to this. Tried this because if all the great reviews... OMG, I live it! A little higher in net carbs, but so worth it. Normal size loaves, normal thickness in slices. Best part, toasts amazingly. Such great crunch and nuttiness.. Holds up to avocado toast toppings, breakfast sandwiches, and gies great with my guilty pleasure... Pate. Multi seeded is my favorite. They've earned a loyal repeat customer. I'm just trying to not have more than 2-3 slices a day lol. It's also nice to support a gracious small business who values it's customers. Guys, I can eat toast again! Haha

ordered the 3 bread package from Alma and noticed that the breads did not feel soft but almost stale. I did toast two of the seeded bread slices. It was pretty tasteless with no flavor, almost like eating cardboard. I don’t know if the length of time in shipment caused this or is it just the way it is. To say the least I am not happy with your bread. Carolyn J Williams

I was looking for a lower blood sugar response. Two slices pushed me up higher than my expectations in terms of blood glucose levels.

This stuff is the best bread I have ever had as that compares to commercial breads. It's so good! Even if I didn't have to monitor my diet due to diabetes I'd buy this bread! I've had them all. Low carb breads, even making my own. Nothing can match the taste, texture, of this stuff. It's truly that wonderful! For the first time in my tenure I Even eat the heel! Lol. I actually use that when making french toast along with a regular slice. This bread rocks any way you slice it! 😏😍

This bread has an odd texture but it's very good bread. Its healthy great bread. A little pricey but you get what you pay for. It arrived fresh and intact. My wife doesn't like most American bread as she is used to German bakery bread, but she really likes this bread.

This bread is fresh and delicious. It's good for me and my family and I plan to reorder soon. Strongly recommended!!

The bread is really good and has no sugar which is awesome. However, for a pack of three, the bread goes bad very quickly. I would suggest breaking each loaf in half and putting it in a bag. Then freezing the rest. Only pulling out half a loaf at a time. it last about four days tops out in the open.
