Three years out from bariatric surgery and this has been the best product that I have found. It mixes well with my protein coffees. Even in black coffee, it doesn't have an overwhelming taste to it. I like the fact that a daily serving is only 1 scoop, where others require multiple scoops or tablespoons for a daily serving. Calories are light at only 40. It has helped knee pain and hair growth but not helped with thin/weak nails.

Bought this in the hope that it would help. Still in the early stages but will say the taste isn't that great and doesn't dissolve completely. I read a review to try white grape juice to help with the taste but I think it made it worse and mixing with water was not great either. The white grape juice made the Strawberry Banana taste like a medicine taste to me. I tried using lemonade no-sugar instead and this actually made it better to drink. Will continue but will also continue to use the lemonade no-sugar.

This is great in my coffee every morning. It dissolves easily and doesn't add any kind flavor to my coffee. Easy on my stomach as I suffer from gastritis.
