Easy Self Install, No Issues With Door Clearance, Instructions Not Real Clear
Aside from UPS ripping the box to pieces, these came well packaged, each tube wrapped in foam and well taped. There is just enough hardware to install them, not a single extra bolt or washer. Instructions could be a bit clearer but once you get one bracket figured out, the rest are easy. Brackets were missing a few labels but were easy to figure out where they belong. These things are sturdy and have added a great look to my 2019 F250 Crew Cab. Would recommend these if you are good with figuring out assembly on your own. Had them both installed in about an hour without help, only needed one socket to do the job.

Great choice
Love these steps. Spent a long time trying to decide what brand and style to add to my F150 and saw these as a sample at a shop that does custom trucks. They were faster to order from Amazon and the price was way better. Very sturdy and easy to clean. I would recommend these to anyone who is looking for a great looking durable step.

Very nice! Love the look. Sturdy. Great price
Great product! Exactly what I was looking for. Rugged, Im a big guy, 300lbs. Holds up to me fine. Wide step. Flat black matches everything else on my truck.

Over priced low quality
I'll give it 2 stars because it looks good with my armordillo pre runner guard. Where to start....toss the instructions and go to YouTube. Instructions are terrible.Package arrived in good condition. Well packaged from the factory. Upon inspection there was 3-4 scratches in the coating down to shiny metal. Forgot to take picture as I was rushing to coat the brackets and bars with 3m undercoating after reading reviews about rust and living in the midwest rust is no Bueno. There was also 2 welds not fully finished throughout the cut/bend. Prob about good 1/2 inch or so.3 of the threaded mounting holes on the step bar had weld splatter in the threads. 2 of them I got out but one was fused. I had to resort to re-threading the hole/welded nut along with the bolt. They only give you just enough to do it no extras.Elaborating on the instructions.... just bad. Seriously don't waste your time, google your truck model year with the hdx install and a video will be there with much better guidance. I found the instructions are mirrored or illustrated to be viewed from the inside out as made apparent by my first attempt. The brackets are stamped pr, pc, f and Dr, DC, f. Didn't notice it until after many curse words later promptly throwing the illustrated instructions In the trash.I dont think I would recommend this to the average Joe. If you're Mechanically inclined and willing to coat them and possibly fight bad qc control I would suggest waiting until they're on sale. This should of never left the factory in this condition.Note: picture of the weld splatter, the coating/browness is not factory, that was the 3m coating.

Nice. Solid.
The factory running boards occasionally creaked when stepping on them. These, in addition to looking much better, are solid. They use all 3 mounting points on the truck.

Nice Look, Bad Fit & Low Quality, F250 Crew Cab
Definitely nice looking steps! 2 stars for crappy fit and cheap quality of the supplied screws & nuts. 2017 F250 CrewCab and the rear door grinds over the bar when you open and close it. Using all the slack in the mounting brackets I am unable to get it down low enough so the door would clear it. Either way I start adding washers under the brackets to change the angle slightly or start grinding a bunch of holes in the brackets larger to get it down low enough. Very disappointing!EDIT: 2nd day of fitting. I added a few pictures and maybe you can see the before (no gap) and after (just enough clearance) picture. The easiest solution that worked for me were 2 washers between the Westin brackets in order to change the angle and drop the step a little. On both sides my CrewCab rear doors were grinding on the bar as you can see on the picture with the marks. Also the black screws supplied are so soft and strip very easily as you can see in the picture. Overall these steps look nice but quality is comparable to what you get from the Chinese or at Harbor Freight!EDIT: another update, 2 weeks on my truck the little allen head screws that hold the step sheet metal start rusting! Congratulation Westin, you failed pretty much every aspect of your product but looks. In the future I will stay away from this low quality company.UPDATE: This seems to become the never ending review! Since the screws started to rust I was so annoyed that I sent WESTIN directly an email about how disappointing their product was to me. They offered some stainless screws for the step plates but not unless I email them a picture to proof the rusty screws. My invoice was not enough - as if I would make the rust storry up to get some free stainless screws? But surprisingly since I emailed them all 7 pictures of this review they also offered to put me on a list for custom made brackets that get handed out on a case by case basis? So here I am waiting for what will arrive in the mail in the future.
