Very pleasant taste.
Beet taste isn’t too strong but it is there. Refreshing. Love it. We don’t get products like this at the grocery stores where I live so it was so nice to be able to use a different product.

Taste is a bit much to get past...
I love V8 products and drink regular V8 juice everyday but the taste of this one is a bit hard to get past. You've got to really like beets and ginger ( I do like both but maybe not together).
