If your current remote stops working pull the batteries out for a whole minute.
Works fine. I got another because my previous one's software seems to crash and make it unresponsive. To hard reset one of these remotes you seemingly need to take the batteries out for a long time as popping them out for ten seconds just isn't long enough.. So I now have a very nice spare remote as my original one works just fine. - Note you can also use a digitial camera / phone to check the IR light on the front works or not.

Update - This remote stopped working after few months. It worked very well since purchase and stopped completely. No response even after battery change. Hope this update helps.

Good value for the price
Did not try the voice recognition just yet, but the remote is a good value for money. Worked without any programing, my 11 years old is in control of it

Just not worth the saving
Pro - it work, it’s cheap Cons - very unpleasant to hold, edges on case and buttons are too angular, remote goes to sleep’ and needs a button press to wake it up before you can use it do you end up pressing the buttons twice most times. What remote has ever done this ?!?!?! One if her pris was that it was cheap, and my word does it feel it too! What did I done t? Returned it and bought a real one - perfect!

Not anywhere as good as original handset supplied with TV
Picture looks the same and operation looks the same but this item is a poor relation, cheaply made with poor control. Buttons in particular are not very tactile.

Habe die FB im Ersatz der defekten RMF-TX200E angeschafft. Haptik sehr solide, Design der Tastatur etwas anders als Sony Original- aber besser da Tasten prominenter und viel besser ansprechen und deutlich bessere Rückmeldung beim Drücken geben. Alle Funktionen/Tasten (einschließlich Netflix etc.) gingen auf Anhieb, nur Sprachsteuerung musste durch Drücken von zwei Tasten mit Fernseher freigeschaltet (gepaart) werden- das geht immer nur mit einer FB gleichzeitig- Anleitung liegt aber anbei - mein Fernseher gab die gleiche Info aber auch auf dem Bildschirm. Öffnung Batteriefach anders als beim Original : durch Verschieben der Rückplatte statt durch einen Knopf unten - aber auch das wirkt stabiler und robuster als das Original. Insgesamt habe ich den Eindruck dass mein Fernseher auf diese FB deutlich eindeutiger und schneller als auf meine alte reagiert. Kann aber evtl. daran liegen dass meine alte Original-FB bereits schon früher leicht defekt war (?). In Summe: Bin ehrlich begeistert! Jederzeit wieder!

Emballage Amazon minimaliste, mais produit intégré. La télécommande fonctionne bien et la répartition des touches est identique. Les touches ne sont pas hermétiques comme sur la télécommande originale. Mais le rapport qualité-prix est très bien si la télécommande dure dans le temps.
