Our Basil Oil, Lemon Oil and Mandarin Oil are made from fresh basil, lemons and mandarins with carefully selected olives from Puglia in Southern Italy. When ground and pressed together, they produce the finest quality infused extra virgin olive oil that is beautifully rounded, fragrant and tastes wonderful.

Bursting with flavour, drizzle some of our Lemon Oil over some Char-Grilled Seabass for a match made in heaven! Or pep up a slow-cooked chicken casserole!

Our Basil Oil is delicious on a tomato and mozzarella salad and adds great depth of flavour to a salad dressing or vinaigrette. Or drizzle some over your favourite pizza or pasta dishes.

To complete our summer trio of infused olive oils, our Mandarin Oil is perfect to dress beetroot, carrot or avocado salads. Also makes a fantastic marinade for seafood and chicken.
