Okay this product COMPLETELY exceeded my expectations. I’ve never dealt with doggie UTI’s before. My Kai bear has an accident right on my bed which hasn’t happened in over 5 years so I knew she couldn’t have helped it. I saw blood in her pee and I freaked out. My first instinct was to run to the ER. I was told it’d be a few hundred just to see her without any treatment or X-rays and that it would be about a 3 hour wait. Thankfully instead of running here I ran to Amazon shortly after finding that uti’s in dogs are very common. Shipping was incredible as I was able to get it within hours of my purchase so I decided to give it until the next morning to see if she got any better and if not, we’d head straight to the ER. I woke up the next morning and immediately started getting dressed to head out with babygirl to the er until I took her diaper off and noticed that she was not only able to hold it through the night(short night because we were in and out of the house all night out of paranoia), but that there was very very minimal blood! This was after about 8 hours after the meds. I waited a few hours and gave her another dosage and within maybe 2 hours her urine was completely clear. I love that this is formulated by vets, the results definitely show. Thank you thank you thank you!! Absolutely amazing product. !!Warning!!! Yes the reviews are correct, the taste is just plain not good. Not going to sugar coat that, but I don’t agree with everyone taking off stars just for taste when all you have to do is get creative with how you serve it. Throw it in the food, mix it in some pumpkin purée which is great for gut health especially during uti’s, mix it with a teaspoon of peaunt butter ect. This supplement definite does what they created it for!

Our poor little toy schnauzer ended up with a urinary tract issue, and we weren’t able to get in to see the vet right away. We tried these as a supportive option in the meantime, and they seemed pretty good overall. The chews were easy to give and our pup actually enjoyed the taste, which is always a win. While this isn’t a replacement for proper veterinary care, it felt like a helpful supplement while we waited for an appointment. Four stars for palatability and ease of use. 🐾

Years ago, I used extra strength cranberry supplements for my UTIs. My chihuahua was gnawing at her privates constantly and peeing so much so I decided to look for a cranberry supplement for her. I compared the various ones available and decided that this product was best for treatment rather than just prevention. Within the same first day, she felt so much relief and stopped gnawing almost entirely. The first time I brought the bag out to get her treat, she literally ran and knocked her bowl over with excitement. She loved these. I give them to her now and it’s our second day. Her symptoms have disappeared altogether!

My picky dog loves these supplements. She had stopped eating another brand of a similar product so I spent more money and bought these. The cranberry ingredients help her with better potty habits. She had been having hesitancy urinating (nervous circling) and ended up with a few accidents in the house. Was going to bring her to the vet to check for UTI, but then these arrived. Since switching to these soft treats, she gets right to business outside and my floors are dry. Overall I believe she is healthier getting these daily. They are good value for the improvements I have seen.

I bought this because the product, VetriScience UT Strength Canine, was unavailable. The Mighty Max product isn’t great, but it’s ok. I probably wouldn’t buy again unless I couldn’ find a better product. My dogs are 15-20lbs, so they’re on lowest dose. But, the dosing directions are bad. If you’re going to dose depending on weight, then two different weight classes should not be taking the same dose. Directions say for dogs 0-30lbs, give 1 chew every other day. For dogs 30-60lbs, give 0.5 chew every day. This is essentially giving 2 different weight classes the same dose. I sent a message to the seller, asking why it said this on the package. They pretty much replied with, “Yeah, that’s what’s it says. You can also give half a chew every day to your 0-30lb dog if it’s more convenient for you.” They didn’t even address my question of WHY 2 different weight classes would be taking the same dose. That does not seem right or safe to me. The package does not seem to seal very well. It’s just a kinda loose snap on lid with an open plastic bag inside with a tie to hold bag closed. They probably need to work on that. The chews are crumbly. They’re ok if you don’t have to cut them. But, if you need to cut them in half, it is hard to keep together. The more I try to keep it together after cutting it, the more crumbly it gets. I tried to wait a while before giving my review, in hopes that the product works well for dogs wit UT problems. I have noticed my dog licking his penis on several occasions. For my dog, this usually means he is beginning to have problems associated with his UT problems/crystals in his urine. On a few occasions, he had urinary accidents in the house while using this product. So, I don’t think it works nearly as well as the stuff I mentioned in beginning that I usually use. This was a few $ more than what I paid for the other that works really well.
