I was looking for a good comfortable office chair for a long time, came across Exclusiff on amazon, the product looked promising, so I ordered it, the chair arrived within 2 days. It came very nicely packed with bubble wrap to avoid any damage whilst delivery.The assembly was so easy, and they include a tool, which helps you assemble the chair. It took me just 10 minutes to assemble the whole chair by myself.Some Features of the chair :1. the seat has one of the best foam materials on any chair, and it’s very comfortable to sit on for long hours.2. Good back support, helpful for people with lower back pain.3.The headrest is amazing, it is fully adjustable height-wise and angle-wise, so you can adjust it to your comfort.4. Even the arm rest and height and position adjustable.5.The seat itself uses a very sturdy frame and a high-quality shaft, which helps in adjusting the height of the chair.6. The wheels on the bottom are very high quality, so you can easily move the chair without any problem.Overall a 5/5 product from Exclusiff, the quality of the chair is very premium, this is a bang for the buck product, one of the best office chair I’ve personally used.

It’s ergonomic and build with good material. Overall a good product and also kudos to the seller, one of the knob got damaged while shipping which the seller provided again on my request.

The chair is very comfortable, you can sit on it for hours on end and still be comfortable. It has helped posture and reduced my back pain too.The chair arrived in just 3-4 days and once it arrived it was very easy to assemble. It was delivered in perfect condition - packaging was great.I was able to start using it the same day. The chair can be customised to each persons body. The lumbar support is adjustable as well as the neck support, you are able to reposition it according to your preferences. Everything about the chair feels very smooth and it looks very sleek too.

I was looking for a good ergonomic chair which can support my back while long working hours. then I saw Exclusiff’s chair on Amazon and it had some really good reviews & description as Original Equipment Manufacturer (who deliver parts for other major companies), as per Reviews and description i thought this is good chair and direct from manufacturer. I decided to go for this chair & ordered it. The chair came in around 7-8 days and then just after delivery i assembled the long waiting product from Amazon. But But this product purchase was my wrong decision which proves me wrong on my decision made using reviews and description. might be these reviews are paid reviews like gifting the person and taking good review then after review they returned amount paid by customer.*Features of chair :*features as per review and description are lot more then expectation but in reality below are notified and reported to Manufacturer:1. The seat is not comfortable and made of simple cloth like Non woven fabric. as per description it should be nylon net which all the good quality chair has.2. I had this back pain problem but unfortunately back rest is just fabric net which is loosen in 1-2 usage only.3. The arm rest and height are adjustable but lock system is not workable so does not work for me also slider of one arm rest very tight and another is loose so do not stick to position.4. Can change the height of the head rest but this head rest material is not good just a piece of plastic and can damage in 1-2 time setting.5. Lumbar support : this is also a piece of plastic which even not touching back even after sitting on chair. you can move up and down position without touching to back while sitting on chair so not use full.I’ll rate -5 for this chair from Exclusiff.Every penny is waste for me in the product. its waste of money and Amazon should take decision on this seller and there products in future.

But then I saw Exclusiff’s chair on Amazon and it had some really good reviews & I decided to go for this chair & ordered it. The chair came in 4 days and it was packed really well with all the bubble wraps and cardboards to avoid the damage.First I thought it would be really difficult for me to assemble the chair coz I never have done that before. But it was very simple & it took me hardly 15 mins to assemble the whole chair on my own. It has that tool kit which makes it easier to assemble the chair.*Features of chair :*1. The seat is very comfortable. I can sit on the chair for long hours.2. I had this back pain problem and that’s why I really like the back rest part of the chair coz it helped me reduce my back pain3. The arm rest and height are adjustable.4. Can change the height of the head rest.I’ll rate 5/5 for this chair from Exclusiff. Every penny is worth the product. It’s the best office chair I’ve ever used.

Really like the chair. The ergonomics are damn good and really relaxes my back. Quality seems to be really durable too.Took about 10-15 mins to assemble - instructions were clear and to the point.Got delivered in 3 days. Really happy with the product.

The under thigh space could have been better

Looks amazing. The quality of the product is acceptable. Quick response from the sellers on informing about the lack of a functionality. Overall good experience.
