Broken bracelet
The packaging came good and a lot of the products were great but the bracelets came broken and it was too small, so that was the only con. Over all very pretty!

Ad lists incorrect size
My wrist is just barely 7 inches and the bracelet is a full inch too short. And one of the sets came in with the main stone in the pendant broken all the way in half.

Bracelet Owls had some Eye Stones Missing !!!
The Items are very cute an quite appealing-----The Necklace and Ear-Rings were in great condition but the Little Owls on the Bracelet had some Eye Stones Missing. Given as a gift, I got the complaint from the girl but don't have access to the defective little bracelet owls--in order to return them. So stuck, unless they send a replacement bracelet- FH
