It's a school book what can you say.

Book does not explain things well, but it has an Excel guide...which is also useless for some chapters. I was better off Googling the concepts to learn. Needs better real-life examples as well. Otherwise, book in great condition and puts me to sleep because I don't know what is going on more than half the time.

Beware guys they are selling used access cards that are non-redeemable for the same price as a brand new access card. The book is good though to help answer homework questions.

The customer service is horrible. The program is not user intuitive to even get working on your laptop. I am really sorry if you have to buy this book. It cost way too much money and they are clearly robbing you.. and me.

This was the exact book I needed for my class, and it came with an access code.
