Been using this for about 6 months now and really happyEasy to keep clean, dispenses a good amount of soap, looks great and holds charge for ages. Well worth the price tag

The media could not be loaded. I was on the fence about forking out so much for an automatic handsome dispenser but thought I'd give it ago. The performance was so poor I had to return it. I used the brand foam soap and adjusted to the thickest straw in the unit.. but a dribble came out.

Couldn’t get this to work at first. I used the Simplehuman soap that came with the dispenser. I checked the instructions and nothing to indicate the soap had to be diluted. After several unsuccessful attempts to get it going, I then added water (approx twice as much as the soap) and it works perfectly. Not sure if you’re supposed to dilute the soap but this is the only way I could make it work.

Avoid this thing is useless. I have a plastic one that's brilliant so thought this would look nicer but it just sputters and then spits a small amount of soap.

I have been looking for a really reliable piece of automatic foam dispenser and thought SimpleHuman could be a good solution, given its superb quality on other products.However, out of the 3 pumps I bought, 2 pumps are not reliable and failed easily and repeatedly. It spills the foam suddenly without swiping your hands under. Or it suddenly shut down without pressing the on/off button.

Beautiful and Stunningly Stylish… only issue is the screw on containment for the liquid, easily breaks off unfortunately…
