Ten Club: Volume 5 (The King Series) Paperback – 27 Jan. 2017

Just finished 10 Club and absolutely loved it.Firstly, you have to start with book one "king's" and work your way through. This won't be a hard task because the story is addictive.10 club blew my mind. I had no idea how mimi was going to bring the story around after the way book 4 "Mack" ended but she did and then some!!!Because I adore the series I found this book very emotional because the characters are like family to me. I also wanted to scream in some parts, was absolutely shocked in other parts and twice had to put the book down and walk away and properly digest what had actually happened in particular scenes.It is definitely a rollercoaster of a book and the right ending to a series that I've loved since book one. It's a series that's in my top 3 of all time reads. Mimi is an amazing author, how her mind manages to pull situations together absolutely blows me away. I highly highly recommend this book. 5 stars all the way.

Thoroughly enjoyed this book. The King series has been one of my favourite from this (or any other ) author, I thought this was a brilliant conclusion but am sad it is finished. In fact I rather think I will have to read the whole series again from the start 😆 King, Mia, Mack and Teddi are so well written and developed throughout the series and the twist at the end. .... well, all I can say is congratulations Mimi.

What for a good ending. I really enjoyed the last book of King. What for fantastic storyline, keeps you definitely away, couldn't let it go.Mimi done it again to write a fantastic story! With excellent twist, I loved all the books in this series and like it a lot when they are not predictable extra plus for this!I am really impressed that Mia never gives up on King in some strange way, somehow she cannot let him go.It was a shock for me that Teddy wanted to stay behind, put the logic is in some way true. Love always finds a way. I felt sorry somehow for Teddy and Mack but also was happy that they found each other in the past. I really cried, screamed and laughed for the characters, because somehow it was a great story, mysterious, magical written with very good details that it all fits together, priceless!I would have more insight on the letters Teddy wrote for Mia. Just two or three to have some closure with them. As well some insight how King did get started with the seers how he got that far.As well sorry LOL I wonder if Mia would not find out about kings secret.....she is after all not stupid but i am happy that she got her ending how she wanted it to be as well for Justin I would have loved more information. But thanks for a fantastic book Mimi!!! 😁

I came across this author and the King series quite by chance - and I've loved reading all 5 books - so much so that I've stayed away half the night just to finish the last few chapters of one book to move on to the next. My favourites were books 1 and 3.Towards the end of this last 5th book, I did kindof wonder if Mimi was losing the plot and just wanted to finish it off as soon as possible because i'm sure there are a couple of inconsistences. There are spoilers going forward so don't read this if you've not read the book and don't want to know what happens. Do read it if you want to share your thoughts too!In Chapter 12 we find out that Callias took over King's body when he died. in Chapter 13 Mimi tells us that Teddi saw King disappear into the earth at the old american indian burial site. However I recall in book 4 "Mack" that King fell to the ground; Callias appeared naked and together with Mimi, they buried King's body next to Callias's old body at the site.In the latter chapters of this book, Mia says she died and came back to life twice. From my recollection - unless I go back and read book 3 again, Mia only died once in Book 3 when the Spiros stuck a knife in her throat after she brought King back to life. That's when she King brought her back to life by placing a ring on her finger; and it was after her resurrection that she lost her seer powers. After that they get married. She doesn't much appeaer in book 4 "Mack" so I don't recollect her dying again. Correct me folks if I'm wrong.

I'd been waiting patiently for this book. As much as I was looking forward to I was also dreading it, knowing it was the last in the series.What can I say Mimi has done it again. There is so many twists and turns and just when you think it's all over..........NOPE, another twist comes.I really cannot say how good an author Mimi is. She draws you into the story and you can't help but get absorbed by it.Everybody needs a king and although this is the last book in the series I'm secretly hoping there will be more, as it has been left open.

I've been sooo looking forward to Ten Club and at the same time also didn't want the series to end, but I couldn't help devouring this book.Just when you think King is dead and gone for good, he returns. Gone is the good man, the husband and father, in his place is the very evil King with no memory of his wife Mia and son. He's out to change the world and he'll allow nothing, not even the brother he died for to stand in his way.What a roller coaster, I had no idea how this finale to such a brilliant series was going to finish. Twists, turns, evil, humour, love, hot passion, shock and a few tears to name a few things about this book. Loved it, loved the ending I never saw coming. Mimi you did mess with our minds!! Thank you :-D‘But there’s nothing a man won’t do for the woman he’s destined to love. Including being a little bit evil.’

What an awesome ending to a fabulous series . So many twist & turns OMG !!! moments it totally a rollercoaster ride of a story , I for one couldn't see how this could possibly end happily for King & Mia but it does . The last few chapters had one or two teasing sentences that I simple want to know more about , but that's me being greedy . Looking forward to the next offering from this talented author .

Wow, loved the ending! With all the twists and turns we got to that point and was definitely the best ending this series could have had!

Talk about worth the wait! This series has been captivating. Enthralling. Heart-Stopping. Tragic, funny, beautiful and semi-perfect. Over the top? Maybe, but I have absolutely loved this. READ THIS SERIES! Sort of paranormal, sort of fantasy, all amazing! 10 Club brings and end to a story that is 3000 years in the making. MJP has given us a world and characters and all-the-feels that one could want in true saga style. The history, the visuals, the words...we are given an incredibly tangible story that you just get lost in. If you've reached this point, then no 'synopsis' is necessary, no re-cap can really tell you anything you don't already know. I am in love with this couple (and don't get me started on Mack and Teddie - good lord, the happy tears!). Mia and King finally get their HEA and despite the twisted ending, I know they will be ok. As much as I want to keep following these two, MJP gave us fans and ending that we can let roll around in our imagination without worry. I'll miss them, but I don't think I could take anymore! I love that everyone stayed true to their personalities and traits. I love that Mia continued to fight for every moment no matter the cost to her heart, and King was always there when it mattered, and always with the mischievous aire about him. It was never easy, or predictable, or boring. I really am not sure what else I can say. I loved this read, this series, these characters...I'll miss them.

I am sad to see the series end but Mimi ended it amazingly. There are some twists that weren't expected at all but it made this book that much better. King does things in true king fashion and Mia is always the strong survivor type. Absolutely love this book and this series. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Definitely a must read!!!
