Swapping places was easy when they were kids, but will it be now? And more so with them having different lifestyles?"Sometimes it takes people a minute to figure out what they need to say. That doesn’t mean it’s all over."What I liked in this book were realistic characters be it the mains or supportives. I liked Cass more than Charlie for her level headed attitude and considerate nature. Walter is my another favourite. Jake and Miguel were sweethearts.The communication between the sisters was a bit of problem for me because it felt unrealistic, I mean you can take out time guys. Overall this did not stop me from liking the idea of swapping, the story which had love, anger, hurt, joy and hope. The later part was more enjoyable and the last chapter, just magical 😍I do recommend this for holiday romance and feel good vibes.

If you're a fan of the Hallmark movie series "The Princess Switch" starring Vanessa Hudgens or if you're just looking for a read that will get you into the Christmas spirit, this book is it. It's a story about two identical twins named Charlie and Cass who switch places after Charlie has an accident on a TV show set and loses her sense of taste and smell. Meanwhile, Cass is dealing with enough problems of her own while running her family's bakery and dealing with a breakup that doesn't seem to want to end, so she and Charlie come to an agreement that for one week, they deal with each other's lives without anyone finding out. But what happens when a gorgeous physician assistant named Miguel Rodriquez and charming firefighter Jake Greenman come into the picture? The twins come to realize switching places is not as easy as it looks. Will the girls manage to get their lives back on track or is it just a recipe for disaster? At first this book started off a little slow for me and I was close to putting it down but I told myself to keep going with it and I'm glad it did because this book gave me all the holiday feels. Very sweet read!!!

I absolutely loved this holiday romance. An easy read but I couldn’t put it down! I loved that it had a fantastic story but also some light romance without it becoming sexual. Can’t wait to read more Maggie Knox!

Funny, and cute, easy to read and well written

What is better than a love story? TWO LOVE STORIES.Charlie is cohost of a reality cooking show and when she has a minor accident leaving her with a concussion and lacking sense of taste and smell, a big problem for a good judge.Charlie comes up with a great idea, trade places with her twin sister, Cass. Cass can be the cohost and Charlie can go to their hometown and run the family bakery. Easy Peasy Lemon Squeezy, right? Of course not 😂While swapping lives, they both develop feelings for people in their new towns, further complicating things. And of course a few other catastrophes are thrown in.I thought this was the perfect Hallmark level holiday read, zero 🌶️ on the spice-o-meter, just pure sweet fun.
