These worked good to change the rear tube on the kids dirt bikes. These tools are the perfect example of technique over strength. Felt heavy duty enough for casual use.

I was pleased with how these spoons helped change ATV tires. (WARNING; you will likely have to use a different device or method to break the bead before using the spoons!) One of the three spoons' handle broke during use. The overall length of the tool is 14.5", but the metal part of the spoon does not extend completely through the plastic handle to the end. There's probably 2 to 3 inches at the end of the handle that should not be used for leverage when pushing or pulling on the spoon. Fortunately no one was hurt, but this could be a real knuckle-buster under the right (wrong) conditions. Replacement was not among the options when contacting Amazon, so I am returning these for a refund... however I plan to re-purchase the set and use the new ones as if they were 2-3 inches shorter without putting stress at the end of the handles.

Bought a used craftsman 50". Rear tires were pretty much shot. And full of flat fix juice. That crap makes old tires stick to the rims and creates a nasty mess. Had to cuss fight the first tire off. Wasted half a day. So I ordered this tire tool set and made removing the other tire so much easier. Also helped with installing the new tire as well. Came with valve stems and valve stem tool also. Needed that too. My Huskee rider needed a valve stem tool. Had that one fixed and aired up in less than half an hour. Thanks to having decent tools to work with. Now I don't have to waste an hour getting out compressor and hose and airing up tires every time I now. That was getting way past my patience threshold. Mowers with aired up tires. It's great. Very useful tools.

These a great! Back story: few years ago, i tried to replace my ATV tire with tools laying around. That did not go well. Had to replace my hustler zero turn mower, and I didn't want to take it to a shop. So I gave these a shot. I had the tire off and replaced in 10 minutes. As long as to put the new tire on correctly, these work great. Not much flex and felt good. Those who have a tough time seating the new bead. Use spray wax if you have it. Spray both sides of the new bead. Remove the valve sten, and just hook your air compressor hot to it, no need for a chuck. That will fill the tire quick to seat the bead. Once seat, put the valve stem back in, and fill to correct psi.

These spoons and item were just what i needed to mount my tires on my tractor. Would not of tried without. If you know how to use them made job easier. As decribed, quality and good price

Highly recommended! I needed to change a set of four lawn tractor tires, and when reading the reviews for the tires, tire spoons were recommended, and in particular these tire spoons. They are worth every penny! They were sturdy and held up well. The whole package with the valve stem remover and valve stems was a great value and saved me from having to purchase those separately. Very satisfied!

I've been changing tires for 50+ years and so far these tire spoons are the best I've come across, highly recommended!
