The call bells are easy to pair with clear and well written instructions plus they have video guide if you have any difficulty pairing with the buttons. Setup is pretty straightforward and the range is sufficient for our facility and the buttons are easy to push. It has been working great for our clients and customers. Highly recommended.

**Q: Is it possible to setup 2 monitoring units?  We have 2 nursing stations and need to display it at both stations when a button is pressed.**

We have also wireless 2 in 1 call buttons available that allows caregivers or nurses to clear call at the call points. A real step savers!

**Q: Apart from language call out, does the receiver have other alert tone options?**
A: Yes it has music sounds

A: Monitoring unit is not sold individually. 
We would like to clear up the misunderstanding. The ASIN code: B09PMVFZ93 comes with 10 dual function buttons. It shows 14 buttons by mistake error as its not updated. The other 4 dual function buttons is sold separately with ASIN code: B09KXZ54H1. We just wanted to give you a heads up. Thank you.

We love this wireless call bell system in our facility. It is nicely packed and delivered. The call bells are easy to pair with clear and well written instructions plus they have video guide if you have any difficulty pairing with the buttons. Setup is pretty straightforward and the range is sufficient for our facility and the buttons are easy to push. It has been working great for our clients and customers. Highly recommended.
