Zack & Zoey Fuzzy Tarantula Costume for Dogs, 8" X-Small

Bought this due to the low price for my half pug half dachound. He does not mind wearing it. Now based on it being that cheap be prepared to do a little work on it. Overall it fit him very very well, but the "spider legs" would drop to the ground and basically drag behind him, so what I did was pull them up and sew them (by hand) over the stiff "pipe cleaners" type metal in the legs up and stitch them to the body. This worked perfectly keeping the legs up and out the way they supposed to be...He wore it three times for about an hour each time, and can't wait till next year for him to wear it again...

I have a Cocker Spaniel, and he looked extremely / funny adorable in this costume.The Costume itself is well made and looks exactly like the pictures.The Dog was comfortable wearing it, the Costume is padded and warm, and in no moment tried to take it off. Quite the contrary. I believe he felt cozy and comfortable and several times fell asleep with it on.The biggest problem is that it would not not stay in place. It kept falling off any time the dog moved. It kept on having to put it back on him and re adjust it.The straps that attache to the dog are not high quality, and the velcro not very good. It also only has 2 straps, which are very flimsy.This costume requires at least 3 high quality straps, maybe more to keep it in place at all times.If you buy this be aware that you will be constantly have to re adjust it and put it back on your dog. I mean every 3 minutes.If this issue was fixed it would be a 5 star product, because it looks great and the dog seem to enjoy it.

Overall I would give this a 5 star if it would fit my dog properly. Unfortunately, it is too short for my dog's body. That isn't the costumes fault. It is a pity that they don't have a bigger size. The costume is cute and well made for that price.

The media could not be loaded. The sizing is funny on these. It took an XL to fit my cocker spaniel on Halloween. His coloring blended well with the costume. He did get lots of attention that night. The costume has a tendency to slip off the head and to either side around the chest. I’d suggest additional straps the go under each back leg in addition to the chest/belly clips and the stretch band for the tail. The legs could use some rigidity or support near the body as well. All in all, it was a lot of fun using this.

What to say, it is just plain horrible. It is over stuffed which makes it heavy. Therefore, with one smooth strap around its' chest, it just slides from one side to the other. The legs just hang down at the side so your dog can easily reach them and chew them, if so inclined. There is a loop for the tail, but it does nothing to keep the costume on the dog. If your dog has a smooth coat please don't even think about buying this costume. I attempted to return, but let's just say Zack & Zoey don't exactly have a fair return policy.

This fit both my 25 lb mini aussie and my 60 lb golden retriever. Obviously it was on the big side for the aussie and pretty snug on the goldie.The quality of the costume is poor. Within 2 minutes of it on my golden a leg had fallen off. By the end of trick or treating with my daughter we were missing most of the legs. Speaking of the legs, they do have wires in them, but the wires were very small....think bread tie wire, possibly 28 gauge wire....the wires did not hold shape and the legs just flopped around.The costume is held on by velcro and an elastic strap that tucks under the dogs tail. It didn't work great on my long haired dogs, but a few safety pins solved that. It would probably hold well on a short haired dog.The fabric was ok. the brown part is pretty furry and the black part is like cheap costume felt....About what I had expected.It worked in the fact people understood it was a spider costume, but there will not be another haloween in this costume's future. All in all I was not impressed.

This costume is well-made. My dog is a short, stocky 50 pounder. It blended in with her coat and made for a hilarious illusion. She doesn't have much of tail, so that part wouldn't stay in place, but the waist band worked just fine for keeping it on her lower back. Like any dog costume with a hood, its is never going to stay in place on top of the head. The googly eyes were still cute as hell, even pushed back on her neck. The legs are easy to twist and bend for different dog heights. I wish I could post a video of her moving in it. Watching her jumps around with this costume on was hilarious.

This costume is so cute!!! Everyone loves it. I have a Yorkie.

I took the chance and ordered this for my 9 pound mini Dachshund. It’s completely adorable but unfortunately she’s just not tall enough for it to look right.The quality is good and it arrived in a short amount of time. I would recommend if your dog is not so low to the ground like mine!

The overall look was not what I had hoped for, small legs that hung limp & the costume lost all legs within 1 hour.

Très mignon et rigolo mais se brise facilement. Elle a perdu 2 pattes assez rapidement mais facile à réparer avec un fil et une aiguille !
