It seems to do as well as the more expensive lines of essential oils. I like to keep tea tree oil. I use it to make of my own DIY products. But also I will get an itchy scalp and use 3 drops in the shampoo in my hand to wash my hair and allow it to sit until I’ve finished bathing, then complete shampooing and rinsing my hair. It works.

This stuff really works for poison ivy and insect bites. I have bought countless things to cure poison ivy and stop it from spreading only to be disappointed and have to head to my Dr. for treatment like steroid creams or pills. However, my sister told me about this and I am completely amazed. It's even safe for children. My little one got caught up in an ant bed and I rubbed this on her legs and I couldn't believe how fast it worked. The very next day the bites were almost gone no swelling and healed almost completely. Same for other types of rashes we've all gotten. Then my boyfriend has really bad back acne and I started using it on him along with rosehip oil from majestic pure and he started to see improvements. However, with him I think he needs to apply it every day for it to continue working. This is a great product but if you use it over larger areas for longer periods of time its a good idea to dilute it because the strength could cause a rash for sensitive skinned people such as myself.

This is the perfect replacement for expensive acne medications that I was fortunate enough to stumble upon. I drip a little of THIS tea tree oil (others have not been as effective) onto my fingertip and dab it on my blemishes before bed. I've had an oily complexion my entire life. This Organic Tea Tree Oil by Plant Therapy eliminates the shine immediately and clears blemishes within 48 hours. I have no redness, no irritation, and no clogged pores with this 'oil'. The medicinal aroma of the oil dissipates within minutes. I am also noticing positive results using this tea tree oil to clear up a darkened toenail on one of my baby toes. I mix a solution of tea tree oil, lavender oil, and sweet almond oil. I mix it because I do not know if straight tea tree oil will dry out my toenail. It is my understanding that it may take a couple of months to completely eliminate the fungus that causes darkened toenails. I don't want to chance ending up with a dried out, flakey, nail from prolonged use. (With my face, I want the tea tree to dry up my blemishes and I only have to apply the product over a two day period.) I will continue to use this particular brand for when I need a tea tree oil. I only wish that it came in a bigger bottle at a reasonable price.
