The media could not be loaded.  Our whole house is covered in this wood flooring. We definitely wanted carpet on the stairs because of our toddler. Many companies came to quote us and it’s expensive. We were about to Finance when I came across these awesome carpets for the stairs. If you’re hesitant on buying them, I have posted a video to show the quality and sturdiness of these. You won’t be disappointed. I have 2 teenagers, a toddler, German Shepherd and 2 adults that go up and down these stairs numerous times a day. Every other hour there is running as well. Oh and the cleaning and vacuuming is easy peasy... They don’t slip while vacuuming...

Ok, so this is going to be a bit long. I live in a house that was not build correctly. It was built in the late 1800’s to early 1900’s. I only say that, because on my deed there isn’t a date. I do know this was a company coal mining house from that era. So I decided to redo my steps. There were two layers of carpet and about three or four layers of paint. Even though I wanted them to look nice, I honestly did not want to spend days and weeks on these steps. So I decided to put treads on the steps to save time. When I started looking for treads, the prices shocked me. Then I came upon these. The price was good. The size was perfect to cover eight of the steps completely on the top. The front of the steps have vinyl planks that look like wood. The two together are beautiful. I put vinyl planks on the landing which looks amazing. The only issue I had with the project was the last five steps. They turn, so it was bit of a hassle and I had to cut the treads. But we completed them in less that three days.Now the big pluses of these treads. They lay nicely. They are so soft and thick. They cut nicely, if needed...which I had to cut four. The color is beautiful...I bought the brown. Easy to install.Only down side...if you want to call it that. The adhesive helps them stay in place, but I would not trust it. We used a double sided tape. The clear plastic was off most of the backs or ripped. I don’t know if the plastic was on, maybe they would have been sticky enough to actually stick to the wood. But that did not bother me at all. Even if they were sticky enough, I probably would have put the tape down anyway.These are a great buy. I spent three days and about 180.00 to completely redo my steps....that’s the treads and the planks. Oh, and I also put them right over the old paint. I took the layers of carpet and padding off the steps, but I did not want to strip the paint. So I took the chance and put them over the old chipped paint. I had no issues at all ...another plus!!!

I'm in love with this product, finally. I originally ordered a set of 14 and a set of 2 brown treads, since I needed 15 (and they don't offer singles). I got both in one box, both labeled brown, but the set of two actually being gray. I immediately sent a photo to the seller and returned the gray treads. Communication over the next several days was excruciating. This seller would save a lot of money by hiring an English-speaking agent for their English-speaking customers, because they never understood the problem. They ended up refunding the price of the larger set, which I didn't request, and they finally sent a new (correct) set of two brown treads, almost two weeks later. I'm giving the product five stars because it really is so much nicer than the cheaper options, and so much less expensive than comparable ones. As you can see in the photo, it's more like velvet than carpet. And my pup is no longer falling down the stairs.

We moved into a new home that had hardwood steps and I was worried about our older dog slipping on them. I scoured several products until I came across these. They seemed far more substantial in thickness and overall size. They were easy to install, though I wish the backing would've come off easier. Not one of them have moved an inch since they were installed for several months now. My dog zips up and down the steps with these on, compared to the bare steps where she would slip and was timid. They also added quite a bit of sound dampening to the steps. My only critique would be more color options because the bluish grey carpet doesn't match the warm grey wall color that we have. Aside from that we love them!

These are a quality, plush stair carpet. They not only bring a beautiful update to our wood stairs but they are a cozy addition to walk on now the weather is getting cooler. They were super easy to install. Just remove the plastic backing , line up on the stairs, press and enjoy. I made a cardboard spacer to place between the wall and the carpet to make sure they lined up perfectly. I’ve uploaded before and after photos to show our results. I love how they wrap over the edge of the treads to give a custom look. The color is also gorgeous!

Love these!!Super cushiony and super soft!I got the gray and they are a great shade! Almost have a little blue hint to them depending on the lighting!Super easy installation! Comes with small circle adhesive stickers, I put 1 on each front corner, and these stair treads do not move at all!They also come with an already manipulated lip to hug the front of each step!So far they are a great buy! Will update if anything changes!

This carpet is extremely soft and plush. The tape is ok for now, need more to ensure it holds in place. The back of each carpet is lined with plastic. It also curves over the edge good. I think the best way to clean will be to use a carpet cleaner attachment. There is a rigid stick that holds the shape over the edge.

Needed covers as dog was slipping going up stairs and did not have the time to go check out permanent floor coverings due to pandemic. These worked great! Nice wrap around design, set in place with friction (we didn't use the adhesive tape). Should hold up well. Good thickness especially considering the price. For a non permanent option would order these again without hesitation.
