Perfect. The same yoga mats are being charged for 6 times this price so just get this one.
Bets value for money. Very comfortable. More comfortable than the pvc ones but less grippy. Don't listen to reviews that say 'omg this is sooo slippy unusable 0/20'. It is very usable. It just is a bit less grippy than the other cheap mats. Perfectly viable to do ashtanga or whatever you want on there. It's also better for the environment.

Reasonably priced and nice thickness for the price. Best feature is the lines on the mat as they act as a guide when doing yoga poses

Fine for Yoga, work-out with limits
People said they would slide on the mat when doing yoga.While using it for workout I actually feel quite the opposite. Turns/spins on one foot barefoot are hard to complete as there's too much friction. With socks it's okay.Using a lot of pressure with foot or equipment leaves temporary marks. They vanish after a while though.
