Perfect for our covered deck. Quiet operation. The black color look nice. It has held up to weather and humidity very well for the year ww have had it. You can't go wrong with the Hunter brand. Very happy with our purchase.

Nice fan and good value I guess vs other fans on Amazon. Real issue is lots of parts and labor for me to assemble and install. Simple and no real need to read directions, but hey hunter could you folks at least put the 10 rubber grommets in the fan blades? Wow, you can just go ahead and ship all of the fan in parts form as it could not be much more work to assemble then what I got already…. Plan on significant time to supplement hunter factor labor assembling the fan….

I'm puzzled why this doesn't come with a remote(everybody wants a remote now) but other than that it met my expectations as far as appearance, quality and ease of installation. Mine is a cathedral installation so a remote would have been nice but it's on a wall switch so the onle issue is changing speeds. Very quiet and only the tiniest wobble, wasn't even worth messing with.

I ordered this for my outdoor patio about 3 yrs ago, but decided to wait before writing this review. I wanted to be sure to get a fan that could withstand the weather conditions which can be extreme in northern Wisconsin, both summer and winter since my patio is open. I don't have an extension rod on this fan, just the standard 6-8" dropdown. The ceiling on the patio is about 10-12' high. This fan can move some "major" air!! It creates a breeze in August that can keep four of us cooled with no problem. I did not install a remote control but opted for a pull cord which works perfectly. The balance is very good and does not "wobble" in the least. It is very quiet which is important. It has stood up well in all conditions for the last several years. Highly recommend it!!

did not disappoint. Hunter makes good fans. I went to several Lowe's and Home Depot stores and couldn't find anything I liked. This was perfect. I wanted one without lights.

We purchased this fan last fall, 4 months later we installed it (Renovations). Unfortunately the fan we received was faulty and would not work. As too much time had passed since delivery, Amazon was out of the picture and I had to deal with Hunter Fans directly. I must say that their customer service was fabulous. When I reached out, they contacted me within 1 day and asked some additional questions. It was a faulty connection in the drive motor, so they sent me a replacement fan immediately. Told me it would be 4-6 weeks for delivery, but I received it within 1 (one). We installed the new fan, and we are beyond pleased. It looks great and is so quiet you can't hear it at all. I would highly recommend this fan and Hunter Fans for the customer service alone.

I purchased this fan because i wanted a fan with no light fixture. IT's a fabulous well built fan with no noise. Works well on all speeds and keeps the room very cool! Easy to put together and balance, which didn't need much!
