Perfect small weight dumbbells
There are ideal for what I needed them for. Weighty enough to create some tension to strengthen my arm and shoulder, but not too heavy. Fit perfectly in my small hand, material grips well. Neat. Very decent for the price These are great!

Not very useful to me
Got it for tennis elbow exercises but felt it was too light weight hence returned. But a good quality and may be useful to others but not for me

I wanted dumbbells that wer e smallest hold in my hand and these fitted the bill perfectly they are still heavy to hold but fit into my hand better and a good grip janette Lawrie Scotland
