After One week of use, it tilted to the left side.Installation was quick and easy.I don’t recommend to buy this item.

I like the quality of material used, it is very comfortable while working from home using laptop/computer. It is easy to assemble and support from Vendor is good. I suggest you to provide extra screws so that we can use to replace.

It is unacceptably small and there is no way it can be called a boss chair. Uncomfortable due to its small size.

No Cancellation for defective items, be careful
I had purchased this item, and hydraulic is very loose.I am today eligible for the cancellation of this product.Talked to the customer care 2 times:1. Day after receiving the product.2. Today ( within 15 days after receiving the product )Neither Customer care service nor I able to make the cancelation request.They are telling there is a glitch from their side. Even they are not sending meconfirmation mail for cancellation.
