Village Naturals Therapy Aches and Pains Concentrated Bath Soak Salts (Muscle Relief)

I first bought this to help when I had a bad cold and sinus issues. It helped with that for sure! Really helped my sinuses drain. I used it in a bowl of hot water and held my head over it with a towel so I cannot comment on pain relief or for muscles.

Used 2 capsule after a hard day of lawn work in high heat. I could hardly move. Took a bath and went to bed. Next day my body didn't register any pain at all.

It work but it’s much cheaper at Walmart!

Soothed my achy muscles. Smells great, if you like that menthol scent. It really worked!
