I dislike the item. It is very low grade rain card instead of rain coat. Don't neglect customer. Now I want collet your item from me as your packet. I am waiting steel now for your pickup.

Its a plastic garbage bag
Its a garbage bag in shape of raincoat. The quality is worst than a shopping bag. It can tear with the wind itself or a small cut and all gone. Worst product seen on amz.
