I use the hard candies whenever I have a cold, and they seem to help. I think gummies are not an improvement. It's much more tempting to chew and swallow them, which you're not supposed to do, and the mixed berry taste is underwhelming. Save your money and get the regular or sugar free!

Does What It Claims
Seems to work, when experiencing cold or flu. Works fast for me to clear throat and/or cough problems. Easy to use and convenient inthe "gummie" format. Compared to other products, I would rate this product line the best, in spite of higher per unit cost.
