AKKON - Fits 2000-2006 Chevy Tahoe Suburban GMC Yukon XL 1500/2500 [C-Tube] Parking LED Reverse Black Tail Light Brake Lamp Pair

The taillights arrived well packaged in cardboard and bubble wrap. They were easy to install and get fitted correctly. Though like other reviews have mentioned, I had to use the stock taillights clips to get the new ones to fit correctly. The included clips did not work correctly. I like how the led leads are tucked inside the taillight as the new taillights allow the stock light sockets to twist and click into place. This should prevent water intrusion into the connectors. They’re brake lights, running lights, and, reverse lights all work as described and are plenty bright. They make my suburban look a lot better and complete its updated look. We’ll see how they hold up over time.

Easy to install and looks great.

Replaced the factory OEM tail lights on my 2001 GMC Yukon XL. I found these and thought they would bring an updated look to the back of my 20+ yr old rig. They are completely led but the running lights have the cob look and the brake and reverse lights have the led grid look. (see photos and video) They came packaged very well. They look well made (at least for import stuff) definitely not as stout at the OEM lights, but still decent quality, nevertheless. They mounted into the factory mounting points perfectly. NOTE: My set did not come with the screw clips that are necessary to screw the tail lights into the body (I don't know if they were supposed to be included or not). I just reused the factory clips from the tail lights I took off. Also, I did have to double check which socket was for each light (running, brake, reverse). They are not labeled, and there were no printed diagrams to indicate what was what. I just hooked them up to the vehicle tail light wiring harness and double checked each function to make sure the correct lamp socket was connected to the correct vehicle socket for the corresponding function (running, stop, reverse). I have had these installed for several months now and they still work like they should. And, they still look great.

taillight’s came to me broken and they were just cheap quality overall. But that’s not the only issue. After contacting the vendor they advised me to send them back to get either a “full” refund or replacement. After the vendor received them they said it looks like they had been “installed” and then said they were going to issue me a refund but charged me retail price as a “restocking fee” after I never approved or was advised of this and kept my product. So basically they kept there cheap products and kept my money! No replacement no refund! I will never buy anything from this vendor again as they are terrible with there communication / return and exchange policy / and integrity and quality of there products! I will be reporting this to Amazon and this is for anyone looking to buy products from this vendor so they don’t get scammed like I did!
