Uniware

I have very good pots and pans so was disappointed they don't work on an induction top. I then did my favorite thing, Amazon search! I already had a fry pan that worked on the induction so I purchased an Uniware 3 layer casserole dish made of the same material and was so pleased at how evenly everything cooked and was very easy to clean. The hot dishes with the gooey, sticky edges wipe right out. With my dexterity issues I get frustrated when I can't get my iron skillets and stoneware scrubbed clean. I just wipe out this pan with a paper towel while it's still a little warm. And for those of you who are lazy like me if I didn't clean right away I just re-heat until the pan is warm. The burned on cheese and grease from a hamburger wipes right out with no effort. I haven't found anything that sticks. I am considering replacing all my cookware with these. Note: This review is specific to the Uniware 3 layer pans only.

EXCELLENT NON-STICK PAN. NICE HIGH SIDES.AD SAYS INCLUDES A PAIR OF SILICONE HANDLE BUT INSTEAD THE LONG HANDLE HAS A THIN SILICONE COATING WHICH WAS PARTIALLY WORN OFF OR ABRADED WHEN DELIVERED.

I LOVE this fry pan! So far so good. I love the higher than average sides!

best non stick by far

Heavy Pan with great coating and even heat.

Worth the money. Very durable. This is the 2nd one I bought.More heavy-weight than some non-stick skillets of this price.Sides are somewhat higher than the skillets I normally use, and I like that -- no spattering of food on stovetop.
