I took a chance in order this bed online, and I am very happy with my purchase. The order came in three separate boxes, one which didn't show up. I contact customer service, and they responded immediately and sent the replacement box. The customer service was great. The assembly of the bed is a bit tough, but that is because its very well built. My only drawback is the interior leg supports (different from the ones you see on the pictures). Those definitely need to be upgraded, but so far I have had no issues. I would definitely buy this bed again.

The media could not be loaded. After months of searching for a decently priced mcm bed, I was excited to find this one. Despite the reviews I took a risk. Immediately upon opening the box we found the bag with all the bolts and screws was opened and missing one screw. However there was one random bolt in the bag that worked in its place. Another issue we had was that the threads inside one of the holes on the bedframe were missing so the bolt would not screw in. The bed took all day to assemble but it’s done. Looks nice.

THIS BED NOT MADE FOR ADULTS. The middle posts are so flimsy that getting into bed is like a Raiders of the Lost Ark jewel switch every time I lay down. As 195 lb man any movement at night will cause the posts to buckle and I wake up with a huge pot hole in my bed and my back killing me. I now have to sleep in another room until I find a new bed. I can only imagine if anyone attempted an adult relationship in this bed it would absolutely destroy this thing. Just splintered wood and shame. DO NOT BUY THIS BED. The resolution was they offered was a replacement of a bed piece only but why would I replace flimsy posts with newer flimsy posts.

Bed is amazing in quality looks very rich and beautiful i just love it fully recommended this bed must buy and easy to assemble.

Great quality bed in terms of wood and upholstery. Need at least two people for assembly.

Handsome bed. Looks great. Headboard needs to be a bit higher.
