delivered a defective and a used piece as stated by the service centre.
delivered a defective rice cooker. The thermostat and fuse was damaged as stated by the service centre in Karol Bagh Delhi. measuring cup was missing. No response from Amazon or the bad dealer.

It was great i used every day i purchased black but send us sjy blue but it is also beautiful colour .

Not good at all
Has some defect, always burns the rice and the top cover keeps making sound. The fit is not correct. Never expected this from Panasonic. Very poor product 1/10
