Maxi-Cosi Mara XT Ultra Compact Stroller, Essential Black

I had originally purchased for my newborn a maxi cosi set. Car seat and stroller. Loved it and still do. The stroller is great but not so great to travel international with. After doing research this is the only durable sturdy stroller that is also compact and quick to close and open. When new out of the box it is super easy to use. If you already own a maxi cosi check cause your car seat may be compatible to this stroller to connect. This stroller fit in the over head bin inside the plane no need to check in like regular luggage.

It’s a good product. I have the Graco Nimblelite. This one is definitely heavier but I do like it. I have to go up 4 flights off stairs and although it is compact it’s pretty heavy but it works because it has a lot of space. Not sure if it’s better than the Graco Nimblelite and the Graco is a lot cheaper so you figure it should be be better. It has a smooth seat and the materials seem good but I don’t know if it’s worth the price. I really want to try more strollers but let’s see how it goes with this one.

I purchased this stroller in February and it came pretty quickly. It has some weight to it but it’s not that bad. I honestly love Maxi Cosi! I love the look and feel of the material and the quality is excellent. Until this stroller broke. I don’t really use the stroller because we would carry my baby with our Maxi Cosi Coral XP inner shell, but I believe it was the 4th or 5th time to use this and Inplafed my foot on the back tire and pushed a little down on the handles to lift the stroller tire onto the step, the frame broke. The part that allows the stroller to fold cracked and not a lot of force was used to. For something that is $250 you would think it could take more than alittle push to break it apart. I’ve tried to contact maxi cosi customer service on their website but have not received any response as to perhaps get a replacement for the piece that broke or something but nothing and it’s been almost 2 months.

I bought this stroller for when I am only with one of my daughters. I have a 2yr old and 4 month old. This car seat comes with adapters and it’s easy to set up! Both my children fit perfectly. The rides are smooth and it’s easy to open and fold back up. The only thing I dislike is the bottom basket is not that big but this stroller definitely gets the job done. I love it.

The stroller is very nice and clean. Easy to fold and to carry. But once you open it and start to push the handles feel weak once you apply weight feels like it’s going to snap in half. The one I ordered leaned more to the right than the left the handles are not straight, but I really did like the stroller so I’m going to re-order one and hopefully it’s better.

It worked great with my daughter's spica cast. shell be in for 6 months it is very handy and simple to open and closed. to put it together was very simple and fast too.

I’ve had the stroller about 8 months and it is very flimsy, it feels like it’s going to fall apart. It doesn’t come with a belly bar/tray. If you’re looking for something durable and that’ll last you until your baby outgrows the stroller this is not it.

This stroller compacts great! It’s a great size and has many settings for comfortability! I’m able to use it for my baby and also my toddler. I do wish the storage basket was easier accessible but overall good stroller!
