If you're a person who takes supplements then this one is a great one to Add. I've been taking supplements for years and I've just added this to my weekly regimen. Wish I would of added it sooner. Please research to find out all the benefits especially for those of us over 50. Thank you. BR

As others have stated here several times, without a shadow of a doubt, this supplement works fairly effectively in terms of serving its purpose as a diuretic to help shed excess water which may cause swelling in hands/feet and or other parts of the body. I am a guy currently on TRT (testosterone replacement therapy) and take a conservative dose of Testosterone-Cypionate on a regular basis (100mg every 7 days). The one side effect I tend to suffer from with the therapy is water retention no matter how low I try to reduce the dose. So, rather than taking a full blown aromatase inhibitor (AI) such as Anastrozole and or Aromisan which are very strong and can crash Estradiol levels in men fairly rapidly (which is bad), I did some research and decided to combine DIM with this Dandelion Root to help my body shed at least some of the excess water I accumulate at times. The verdict? When I take the two supplements together, they work very well and eliminate nearly all the swelling in my hands and feet. I tend to go to the bathroom fairly frequently when I take it, and in terms of how long it lasts, if I take it at 7:30am for example, by 1:00pm - 2:00pm it starts to taper down in my opinion. No major side effects either, even when taking 2x the recommended dose. Although I do not recommend folks taking 2x the dose. Bottom line though, I have 100% noticed when I take it I experience more frequent restroom breaks and it helps a lot. Oh and whatever you do, don't take it from 5:00pm onward unless you work at night or are okay with waking up 2x a night to go to the restroom. I made that mistake one time, and my gosh I felt like I was a senior citizen (I'm 40yrs old) in terms of having to get up 2 times that night to hit the head. Hahahaha.
