Better than more expensive Cables.
I was using much more expensive XLR cables between a pre amp and power amp. I was quite disappointed with the sound, having just upgraded from an integrated amplifier. I then discovered that if I touched the cables the sound changed. I saw the GearIT cables on Amazon, I noticed that the male end had the notch for locking into my power amp connector. Since they were not expensive I bought them. What a difference. Each end locks snuggly into the pre and power amp XLR connectors. The sound is now what I would have expected. I threw the expensive cables out. I highly recommend these GearIT XLR cables.
