How good is this polish & does it really change colors?

It doesn't "change" colors like the mood polish, it reflects off the light, and depending on the position of your hand, or foot, you can have one nail that looks blue, one that looks purple, and one that looks pink, all on the same hand, I put it on my toes this time and it's really cool! Hope I answered your question, I really love it! PS use a top coat, it'll stay on longer 

No, it is regular polish that air dries.

Did this dry bumpy for anyone else? Love the color, but wondering if maybe I got a bad bottle?

Hi, it did not dry bumpy at all. I got a nice smooth finish. It did however chip much sooner than I expected. I believe that was probably as a result of the base coat used by the salon.
