โ ๏ธ WARNING: DO NOT BUY! Received Dead Item + No Customer Support (B2B Only)
Please save your money and avoid buying this camera on Amazon. 1. Dead on Arrival: The camera I received was completely defective and did not turn on or start at all right out of the box. 2. No Retail Warranty/Support: When I contacted the manufacturer (Pramahikvision / Hikvision), they flatly refused to service the camera or help me. They explicitly stated that they only provide B2B (Business-to-Business) service and do not offer on-site retail consumer support. 3. Amazon Return Trap: Amazon customer service will refuse to replace or return this item unless you provide a physical "Deny Letter" from the manufacturer. Because the manufacturer operates as a B2B entity, they will not issue any such retail letter to an individual consumer. You will end up trapped between a broken product, a manufacturer that won't help you, and an automated Amazon policy that won't let you return it. Do not risk your money on this seller.
