Didn’t last long as expected.
We can build car batteries to run for hundreds of miles but the technology has not been proven for a battery this size. Don’t get me wrong, they did work for a while and then needed recharged. That’s why I bought two pair.

Seems okay, except for the diameter which is just plain wrong.
2022-08 update: I've been using several of these batteries for a couple of years. They seem to work well. I have had no problems with any of them, except for the diameter issues noted in my earlier review. Also, the batteries are well packaged to prevent damage, and they are dated, making it easy to use batteries of the same age in a device that takes two of them, such as a DustBuster. The two that I just received still have the case diameter issue.2020-09 review: First, I have a lot of VersaPak equipment (4 screwdrivers and 2 DustBusters) that run on VersaPak batteries. They have served me well, and I'll keep using them as long as I can**.After much research, I bought a two-pack of these ExpertPower replacements to try. First thing you will notice is that the diameter is a bit large. I can shove them in/out of a charger or tool, but my grandson certainly cannot, and one of those screwdrivers is the one he uses when he visits. Why ExpertPower couldn't get this simple spec right, I'll never know. This is why I took off one star. Working on a project yesterday, I gave the new batteries their first workout. They performed well, about like the 2015 new/old stock VersaPaks I rely on presently. Some people live with problems, I fix them. I purchased a cheap-but-serviceable 63/63 inch reamer and went after my chargers and tools. This is where I have to say, Your Mileage May Vary. I carefully took apart each unit, removed the guts and any latching mechanisms, put the unit back together, then reamed out the channel that accepts the VersaPak. So far, 100% success, so I'll buy some more of these batteries.**Why B&D stopped making these I'll never understand. When they dumped VersaPak, there was absolutely NO reason to consider B&D. Having a tool that is dead until you charge it is ridiculous. Having a couple of extra VersaPak batteries makes a whole lot more sense.

Keeps that old Black & Decker screwdriver running
I purchased these batteries and charger to use with my Black & Decker VP730 Type 2 screwdriver, which is at least 20 years old. It is my favorite electric screwdriver because of its smaller size and easy to set torque. I’ve replaced batteries several times, but recently the original B&D charger began to fail. These batteries fit more snugly in the screwdriver than the original B&D batteries, but are not difficult to insert or remove. This is a positive feature because they are less likely to fall out if the release is accidentally pressed. The charger is not a “smart” charger as noted in other reviews, but neither was the original B&D charger. There is a label attached to the charger giving a recommended charge time of 6.5 to 8.5 hours for the 1.3 Ah batteries. After inserting the batteries, I just set a timer on my iPhone like I used to do with the original charger. I cannot attest to the battery runtime yet, but I doubt it will be less than any previous battery I have used.

Tight fit, but it works
I have an old Black & Decker screwdriver that uses this size battery. My original battery is pooping out, so I wanted a new one. Too bad they don't make this size much anymore, and the ones they try to push on you are the "Gold" ones, which they price as if they actually are made of Gold. Yikes! I paid less than that for the screwdriver with battery & charger included!I decided to just go ahead & buy another screwdriver, instead. Uh-oh! They don't make em anymore, at least not for $20. and not like mine, so I decided to try to find a cheaper option, which this battery is.I read the reviews about it not fitting, and was worried, but figured it was worth a shot.I got it promptly, and it's the right size, nearly identical to the one B&D provided. It did slide into the tool pretty snugly, so I was worried, and I did have to get a pair of pliers to get it back out, but it worked, I can live with the pliers, & hope it loosens up over time. I had to push pretty hard to get it to seat in the charger. I looked at it, and the hole is a bit smaller than the B&D hole, so I considered trying to widen it, but that seemed unwise, so I just pushed it a bit harder, and it did eventually seat, & the charger light came on, so I'm hoping it charged fully. I used it yesterday to assemble a ceiling fan, with about a million screws, and it never got weak, so unless it was fully charged when I got it, I'd say it's good.I like my screwdriver, and now that they don't make it anymore, I'm definitely happy to have found this battery. I can't promise it will fit well, but if you're willing to use pliers to pull it back out, I think its worth taking a shot, especially if you like the tool you have, but just can't get a battery for it. (They're pushing $50. for the B&D screwdrivers now - Yikes!)
