Perfect for people with lactose intolerance.
I suffer from lactose intolerance, so this milk is a godsend if I am to drink any quantity greater than a splash of milk in a cup of tea. It tastes just the same, and gives me no ill-effects afterwards. What is especially good is that it lasts for absolutely ages after opening, so I don’t feel rushed to finish the carton.

A quality lactose free milk product
I have tried many lactose free milk products and most of them taste of UHT milk even though the carton states fresh milk. But the Arla LactoFREE Semi Skimmed Milk is just like drinking fresh milk. A nice strong carton that does not bend as the milk is used. Easy to undo lid for people with weak fingers. The milk lasts a long time after opening. There is a very clear use before date marked on the top of the carton. This has made a big difference in my life, and it has calmed my stomach to an extent that I am back enjoying milk again as normal.
